You will notice how spotless the place is as soon as you walk in. Before you proceed to the front desk you will be greeted by the hotel staff. They will take your temperature with a thermal camera, and then you are allow to proceed to your check in. The front desk receptionist, mister Mohamed, was very engaging. Friendly and yet very professional. We still in a middle of a pandemic and we all have concerns about how establishments are handling this situation. After talking to mister Mohammed I was sure the hotel was going above and beyond to keep their customers and their staff safe. The location is unbeatable. It’s next to everything! I recommend it and will definitely return.

Staff are very rude, not friendly treat you like If your stay was free.

Somebody covered the smoke detector on the ceiling with a shower cap and tissues

Amazing view. Easy to find from Penn station. Food and convenience items close by.

I was very impressed with the safety precautions during the Covid Pandemic environment. Staff was great. Great location. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

The location is very convenient to Penn station and Madison Square Garden. They measure your temperature every time you come in the building, which is reassuring. Nice gym for a hotel gym.

Location is great. Tv didn’t work. Three channels had no sound people screaming in halls all night and slamming doors.

Room had a leak I think from the ceiling and it was covered with a plastic bag. Absolutely not ok.

Really great location, even better view! Would recommend.

Paid for two beds, midsized room and clerk at counter changed it to one and gave me a tiny tiny room, did have a view of the side of a Building. Was tired from trip and wanted to relax so let it pass, but room was barely big enough to hold the bed.
