Ehh...

It was okay. We got a suite with a jet tub and upon arrival the man at the front desk checked us in and then proceeded to ignore me while I stood there to ask a question. He answered the phone and pretended I didn’t exist for 3 calls in a row before I walked out. No big deal go to the room and...the bed isn’t made at all so we had to go get someone to make the bed. The beds were hard as bricks but manageable. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t get fresh towels and it said free breakfast but I did see it. May have been a to go breakfast but again the man behind the counter saw us come in looking for breakfast and said nothing so I’m not sure. I will say you get what you pay for but honestly this was way way way over priced for the service given and the rooms.

Room was clean and quiet. Quite possibly the hardest, most uncomfortable mattress I've ever attempted to sleep on though. Very convenient to the airport and that's all that really mattered.

The room was ok at first Glance than we realize when we go to open the fridge it almost fell on us. When we go to get the heater on from the cooler we realize it was dirty and sticky and had a smell like it was about to caught on fire so we caught it off to still have a smell of fish. Lastly, the towel was dirty. I think I got a room that someone had just left without them coming in to clean it first.

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Spend a few extra bucks, choose something else!!! Mold, peeling paint, fly infestation, flickering lights, door lock didn't work. Overall nasty room. Super sketchy area.... we literally walked in the room and walked right back out and left!!!

Stay was not what we expected

We have stayed here the last 5 years and hsve always enjoyed our stay; however this time was not enjoyable. Cost was the same, but, a lot less service.No ice, no breakfast bar- instead sacks with a muffin, a cereal bar, and an orange. My daughter is celiac, so she could not eat, because muffin touvhed everything. Room service did not come to refresh the room. We will most likely find another motel, next year.

More like a Motel

It was a very ok place to stay. The elevator did not work, the couch and chair in the room looked very dusty and dingy. The bathtub hot water knob was very sensitive in that, a slight touch and it would be very hot or very cold. You have to calibrate and hold it like a scientist in a lab.

Shower

Evergthing was except the water for the shower kept moving from hot to cold during the time I was in there.

Stuck at Dallas Airport overnight, Days Inn rescue

The room was very clean and updated. TV had many channels to choose . Bed was comfortable and the refrigerator, microwave, anf coffeemaker were very convenient. Check in and out was quickly and staff was friendly. I would use this hotel many times again, if I am stuck at the Dallas Airport again. It was the price worthwhile.
