Room was tiny and terrible; not even a relaxing chair to sit in to read a book. No towels in bathroom first day I stayed. I called front desk and asked them to send but they never did. Front desk staff not friendly. Concierge staff was good.

Everything could be 5 stars till I realized my room was extra checked by the cleaning staff , then I found out I had two pairs of shoes missing no one responds back to me ! She insisted to come in even when I put the note in the door one time the staff came with her own purse alone ! “Before leaving her shift to check on us “ next thing you know my new Chanel flat and Prada heels were gone

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a trip to Paris and we stayed at the beautiful West Minister Hotel. The pictures on the website actually didn’t do the room any justice. I was blown away with the room! 10/10!! We were given a complimentary bottle of wine with our stay. The room was so beautiful I didn’t want to leave lol. The hotel is right next door to Cartier, and in walking distance to all the luxury shops you can imagine. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower. Service was great! Cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel on street with all luxury brand jewelry stores. Taxi stand out front. Room was clean and pretty but my view was interior with noisy heating and cooling machines in a small courtyard. I didnt pay for the cheapest room they have so this was a big disappointment. Not sure i wouls return due to the room they put me in - for 8 nights. I also could hear the people in the room above me - talking and walking- annoying.

Some things were broken such as a shower had water squirting out of the shower head all over the room the faucet didn’t work and the carpet had stains in it, the walls had Scratches and scuffs all over it

If you're considering staying at this hotel, please read this first. Let me start with the reception staff—they are extremely unfriendly and indifferent, as if they're being forced to work. An hour after we checked into our room, a cleaning staff member entered without knocking. We stayed for three days, and our room was never cleaned. We left the hotel at 10 a.m. and returned around 4-5 p.m., and only once, after we got back around 5 p.m., did they knock on our door and shamelessly ask, "Do you need cleaning?" Additionally, it’s impossible to even find water in the room because you need to call room service to order it, which is charged separately. On top of that, you also have to pay a service fee for room service. Over the course of three days, I spent €100 on water alone. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, their sole goal seems to be figuring out how to charge you more. There is no soundproofing in the rooms. We kept waking up from the noise of people walking in the room above us because the ceiling is made of false panels that flex with every step, making it feel unsafe. If you want to order food from room service, it's very difficult to get in touch with them—you often have to try several times. Even when we managed to place an order, the food was terrible, and it was 1.5 times more expensive than the nearby restaurants. Overall, for a hotel with a nightly rate of €1,100 for a suite, we didn’t even get the level of service you’d expect from a €200
