Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre

1) Front door sign says automatic door, but does not work 2)Guy on the front desk did not know how to register me when I came in; had to go find someone else. Then he said that me credit card number was the same as the guy who just checked out!!! 3) my access card would not work on my room, had to get an employee to help me; said the b'battery' was low. 4) TV / remote was too complicated to figure out how to turn it on. Called front desk and they sent someone who did not know how to do it either; he googled it on his cell phone. 5) bottle cap was left on the A/C unit from previous guest 6) hand cream in bathroom was half full..., previous guest had used some!!! (poor service) 7) Red blood spot on cover sheet on bed near window 8) COVID has made the hotels not busy...figure these things out in your down time! all seem to be minor issues individually, however, together they add up to an unpleasant experience!

Overall stay will rate it at 7/10 TV remote didn't work properly therefore was frustrating looking for something to watch for the night

Jennifer at the front desk was friendly, professional and informative. We were given the boardroom to use for our group of 10 gathering one night. It was unexpected, and truly appreciated. Extra items we requested were promptly supplied by friendly staff. Standards were well in place to avoid the spread of Covid 19.
