Great stay. Special request delivered. Easy parking in a parking challenged locale. Then everything within walking distance or on the public circulator shuttles. I go back again and again. Never disappoints.

What a beautiful historic inn right in historical downtown Charleston. Highly recommend, beautifully restored rooms, lovely courtyards, a most delicious breakfast delivered right on time to our room. Easy self parking in lot right behind hotel. Close by to everything, and the free CARTA bus stops right across the street. Friendly, helpful staff. Most definitely THE place to stay in Charleston!

Location was great. Room was large. Only disappointment was spotty WiFi.

We had a nice time at the Kings Courtyard Inn. The cleaning and food service staff are friendly, ready to assist and hospitable. We are grateful for the services of Cheryl and Big Mike during breakfast. The thermostat appeared not to work but we opened the windows and made it work. I recommend the revenue managers to give options to upgrade if they have empty rooms.
