The property is centrally located. 5 minutes walk to the Santa Maria Novella Train Station and close distance to The Duomo and all major sites. The rooms are beautiful, staff extremely friendly and professional. I highly revommend this property.

Hotel is beautiful and located near all main attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms were great and very clean. Very close to the train station if you want to travel to other parts of Italy.

Excellent hotel

Our favourite hotel on our honeymoon tour of Italy! It really should be a 5 star in every sense from the wonderful, friendly staff to the lovely hotel scent, gorgeous and large rooms, amazing rooftop views, central location, and special mention to our barman/mixologist Karim who made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had!

I am a gold member, they upgraded but when I am get into the room, it was superb small, I don’t even have a space to put my luggage. If they didn’t upgrade the room, What kinda room do they want to give initially? No space at all? And the curtains has something like dove stools.. so disgusting. I did ask for parking earlier but they didn’t response, when I get there, they asked to use garage. Very bad... all inconveniences are all mine.

This hotel is in a fantastic location very central .reception staff were very helpful .would highly recommend

Well located, clean and well maintained hotel. The only thing reason it did not get a higher rating was the heating/cooling system in the room was cleverer than me and i could not get it to reach the temperature i set. The bar looked very trendy, but i felt more comfortable at one of the many bars and restaurants near by.
