Great stay, will recommend and stay again. Clean, very comfortable. Staff great.

The stay was great, my wife and I loved the room. We wish we would’ve stayed longer. Perfect distance from all major locations in Natick. The only thing I would complain about is when you get the bill at the end of your stay the amount doesn’t match what you agreed to pay on the Hotels.com app. There was $30 more of fees to pay on the back end.

We decided to make a last minute overnight getaway with nearby shopping. This hotel was immaculately clean! I was thoroughly impressed! Checkin was quick and easy, staff was very friendly. The facility looks to he renovated recently. I like that a room key is needed to go to guest room floors. Extra security like that is always good. We will definitely be back here. Natick Mall is a 7 minute walk from this Hotel. A very nice high end mall. Several restaurants nearby as well.

I traveled over Christmas to see all 3 of my kids together for the first time in 7 years and staying here enhanced the visit for all of us. The lobby was beautifully decorated with poinsettias and a tree so that plus a fire in the fireplace created a very festive ambiance. I was the only one who stayed in the hotel and my suite was ADA compliant so we had plenty of room to hang out when the kids visited (we were all covid negative). It was like having my own apartment which greatly contributed to the overall success of my trip. The breakfast bag was more than sufficient providing me with extra food on which the kids enjoyed snacking. The front desk personnel were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at a Residence Inn in the future.

Awesome hotel that was built last year. Large rooms, comfortable beds, separate living room and full kitchen. Literally had a full fridge and range. Friendly staff who helped page every time DoorDash, etc. showed up. Very modern, newer property, good WiFi, friendly staff. If I have to travel to this area again, I would choose this property hands down. The Courtyard down the road is nice and used to be my choice due to the friendly staff, but it's an older property with smaller rooms. For the extra $10-20, the Residence Inn is a no brainer, and your allergies / asthma will thank you too.

Very convenient location. The facility is clean and elegantly decorated. The room is equipped with a kitchen and sitting area. It’s like a nice and tiny one bedroom apartment. Loved it. Will definitely come back and stay again.
