Well after reading other reviews we were a bit hesitant in booking here! But I can assure you that our experience was completely different! We received the best services of any overseas hotel and we couldn’t have asked for more. Their attention to detail was phenomenal.... after our first day out in San Fransisco we come back to beautiful rose petals on our bed (for our honeymoon) we noticed ample bottles of water replenished each day and our toiletries in the bathroom were set out in a lovely place mat. The next day we experienced more, our cables tied up Ritz-Carlton Velcro cable ties and a microfibre cloth to clean our devices. We ordered room service and were surprised by extras on our room cart, some cupcakes and other special dessert treats. Thank you Ritz-Carlton for making our stay so special!

This is the best place to stay while visiting San Fransisco and my family and I will be back! The staff on the Club level, Leo, in particular were very accommodating, friendly, and prompt. Worth every penny! They even got our Last Name put on the dinner menues at one of the restaurants we went to. Greta, drinks, great location, great service/staff! An absolute Must!

We found a spider within one minute of entering our room. So we requested a new room. When laying down that evening, we saw the smoke detector was covered in plastic because of maintenance work. I've contacted management about my experience and they have made little effort to reach out. I waited years to stay at a Ritz, but I'm embarrassed to tell friends and family about my experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Weekend trip! What a wonderful break.
