Excllent stay
We were nervous because our flight was delayed by four hours, so we were due to arrive at the hotel at four in the morning. Technically their cut off is 2 AM. We called to let them know we would be late. The girl we talked to was “pretty sure” they would hold our room. It did cause some anxiety, not being sure, but when we landed at the airport and called, they said we could absolutely have our room and because it was after 4 AM the shuttle would pick us up. The only thing that would’ve been better is if we had known for sure they would hold our room. Needing to get a good night sleep, it was great that they had blackout shades and everything was quiet. The room was clean and well appointed.

average airport hotel near PHX
This hotel is conveniently located, has an onsite restaurant with bar and fairly large rooms. The condition of the facility is deteriorating--not terrible yet but declining. Bed was firm, reasonably comfortable. No suitcase holder in the room. No extra blanket or pillows--front desk had a blanket brought up within 5-10 minutes of request. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stay was ok there was a fire alarm going all morning I was in the 6th floor had to walk down stairs and that happened a few times. Alarm was going off for hours I called front desk and they said they were running a test. Annoying but other than that it was a good stay

Do not forget your belongings there
Good hotel, but worse evaluation cause we forgot three hoodies in a room and only one old was then found there. Two quite new hoodies were probably stolen by somebody from the staff.

Bad pluming
Upon arrival we was greeted that was nice we got our room and noticed the plumbing was bad in the shower. I went to the office the young man was hesitant about switching my rooms I did show him pictures. He eventually switched my room ac was amazing not sure if I would go back though.
