Arrived after midnight and there were three staff at the front desk to care for customers. The room’s bed and pillows were excellent and I slept like baby!

I have rated this hotel as excellent most of all because of one can walk to the airport terminal. The hotel itself, service and facilities are all good, but it is the ease of getting to the terminal that clinched it for me. Breakfast at $66, sixty six US dollars per person, is beyond ridiculous. It's offensive.

So easy.
I like to stay here after flying from the U.S. and before catching the bus to Puebla or other places like Guanajuato. No rushing about. I’m older and like a slower pace. On my way back to the states I do the same thing. Waiting in their lobby for flights is nicer as well in my opinion. Just cross the covered bridge and you are inside the airport.

The hotel was very convenient for the airport. Overall the room was very good, but why no refrigerator? No outside garden or patio. The hotel had spectacular views from the 8th floor gym and indoor pool of the airport but no one there to enjoy it. Should be a bar or lounge. The architect must have been an idiot to waste such a fabulous space on an empty gym.

Convenient if you have an early flight!
The hotel is very convenient if you are staying the night and has to be at the airport early since it has either a shuttle to terminal 2 or a bridge that goes directly into terminal 1 which is super safe and you can also take the train there to terminal 2. The lobby and main building are great. Our room was designated on the other building what was kind of a bummer, since it’s not as new and it looks older but it was ok for spending the night. The staff was attentive and kind.

The location is great- especially if you are arriving on a late flight. The hotel needs renovation; bedding and towels are tired. The hotel door is flimsy. We could not regulate the room temperature. Most staff do not speak English but are friendly.

I arrived with a colleague at 9 in the evening. There’s was a cue for checking in. We decided to grab a bite with the hope that the cue will be shorter later. Wrong. We needed to wait around 10 min for check-in at 11 in the evening. Rooms are not soundproof- 0%! You can hear everything form the rooms above you and the noise from the lobby.

Perfect for a quick stop to refresh
We booked one night, just to be able to check in at 4am (after an overnight flight) to sleep for a few hours and eat before heading into the city. The hotel was perfect for this. Clean, very comfortable, quiet and easy to find from the airport. There is an airport shuttle between the two terminals that’s easy to find and very cheap (something like 25pesos per person - you need cash). Once you’re in the right terminal, the hotel is accessed via a tunnel from inside the terminal. On the terminal concourse, look for steps up between the little shops to a higher level. The tunnel over to the hotel is there. The pool wasn’t open when we went (seemed to be closed for the winter) so check first if that’s important.
