The rooms were nice and clean. The property was clean and nice looking. The only thing i would suggest is replace the carpets in the handicapped rooms with tile or something easier for wheelchairs. The pool was nice but the lift didnt work

There was a bit of a hiccup on checkin- our assigned room was only half cleaned (bathroom and floors untouched from prior guest). We were given a different room and comped breakfast for the trouble. The beds were super comfortable, good pillows and sheets like silk. Nice. Good sleep

Second time in 3 months, had the same amazing service and experience as the last, maybe even better. We were to arrive on a Saturday and due to an emergency needed to arrive a day earlier, to not get a penalty, Expedia called the hotel, talked to one of the amazing Managers and the Manger was willing to allow no penalty and last minute switch our reservation. Little things like this meant a lot and helped relief some stress especially during a difficult time. Loved the high quality experience all the way around .

This hotel receives a good rating for a reason. We were very happy with our stay. Our room was immaculate! Staff members were friendly and helpful. If there was one drawback, it was that we noticed the cleanliness level of the hotel overall going down during our stay over a holiday weekend. Still, we would definitely choose this hotel again if we were in the area.

Squeaky clean hotel and nice safe location

This hotel is in a nice area. It is extremally clean and looks brand new. The open floor as you walk in is very welcoming as if going into a sit down restaurant. You can get your breakfast cooked to order. I appreciate the inexpensive washer and dryer. I can't express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The sheets were so soft and the pillow options were squishy soft to a med firm. Thank you for that! The staff in morning and evening were so friendly and accommodating to the little details of our stay. This hotel location has a heart and stars next to it so I remember this is a perfect hotel to stay at when in the area. Great job Holiday Inn- setting the best quality standards for other hotels to follow.

I arrived at 10PM and had to wait until 10:55PM for my room to be cleaned. When I got to the room, I had no bar of soap for the bathroom sink and no soap or shampoo for the shower. When I tried to turn on the TV, it said no internet connection. I looked behind the desk and they wall cover panel was off and the wires were not connected.
