Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora - Naperville, ออโรรา

We enjoyed the facility very much. The room with the jacuzzi was so nice with the fireplace & tv. The pool was clean and nice as well. If in the area again we will stay at your hotel😊

It was amazing. The hotel was immaculate, the room spacious and spotless, the breakfast hot and delicious and the front desk staff warm and friendly.

Breakfast rocked!

The hotel and the room itself was nice. There are trains that run directly behind the hotel including in the middle of the night which are somewhat noisy. Not as noisy however as the intoxicated woman in the room next door to me who screamed and carried on until after 2 AM. I called the front desk just before 1 AM as I thought it was kids goofing around. The desk person was very responsive, went up right away and then called me back. He informed me about the situation and told me to call back if the disruption continued. I let it go, but I could not sleep until she passed out. Not ideal.

Entire staff was exceptional. Hotel was in perfect location. Place was clean and pool room and water were very comfortable. Breakfast attendant kept plenty of food out and hot. Will definitely remember this place!
