From the beginning it was not a good experience. I tried to call from the airport to inquire about the shuttle and could not get an answer. Someone at the hotel appeared to pick up the phone and hang it up. We finally took an Uber for $28 and standing in line the phone rang, and we could not believe the young lady at the desk picked it up and hung it up without answering it. I made a loud comment expressing that is what she did when we called, and the next call she picked up. I asked for a manager, but there was none on duty and would not be there until the next day. The room we were assigned to smelled like mold or a gas leak and we could not stay there. We were moved to a new room. I attempted to call the manager the following day, his voicemail was full. I called back to see if he was available, and the young lady said let me check, and then hung up on me. This just cemented for me the awful management of this location.
