Moldy bathroom
I’ve stayed here many times because we typically have a comfortable clean room, friendly staff and love that it’s family forward. However, a few things that just kept adding up to put a damper on the trip. Thing like not having change. I bought my kids ice cream but they had no change, so… we just can’t give you any money back. Wait what. The coffee shop was out of all but full fat milk as well as breakfast items. But part of choosing this resort is that you don’t need to go elsewhere. Except you do. They have an arcade room that is attached to a bar, we took our kids around 9am, it opens at 7. It was still filthy from the previous nights food and drinks. But mostly, the bathroom in our room was covered in MOLD. Not just a spot, but the ceiling was covered in mold. The tile and grout in the shower were moldy and dirty, the bathroom door had black marks on it. It was hard to feel like you were getting clean in a bathroom like this.
