Hotel Regina is wonderful- walking distance to downtown, shopping areas and Christmas markets. The staff is really friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel offers pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast even had vegan food and the restaurant is very convenient. Will stay there again!

The rooms were very clean but my friend’s room was a bit small. There was a drainage smell in my bathroom. Otherwise the service was very good and the hotel is perfectly placed to tour the city, right next to the Voltivekirche and 10 min walk to the center of Vienna but the hotel is quite central.

There was a discrepancy in the Expedia site — it said I would get a room with a “city view” when in fact only a few rooms had such a view and I did not get one. I suggest this description be left off. Everything else was great!

The hotel Regina was a lovely place to stay in a nice part of Vienna. It is rather walkable with very close connections to public transport. It’s a very safe area and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking back after dark and even jogging after dark nearby. The hotel itself is lovely and it was very cosy. My only criticism is very minor, in that the hand soap dispenser in my room was empty when I arrived and was never refilled during my stay. This was a very minor annoyance as I travel with soap. I enjoyed my stay there and though I have stayed in other hotels which I have enjoyed more, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. I would recommend the Regina to friends and family visiting Vienna.
