Beds and pillows were comfortable and facilities was clean. On our third day,we experienced ants on food. Like bananas...

15 years ago, my husband I took our 1st trip to OC & stayed @ the hilton. This was our 1st trip back since then so it was special. Sadly that wasnt the case. We were there from fri-mon. Friday- went to palm32 for dinner. Hostess was in bar for several mintutes before acknowldging us. When we sat, she was touching my husbands arm the whole time and fumbling her words. My $34 dinner came really cold. Sat- our breakfast was 30+ mins late. S/w restauraunt who was very dismissive in saying "well we have to cook the food, its coming". Came back to hotel that night after out all day. Entire 2nd floor smelled of pot. It was in our room, couldnt sit on balcony either. The jets on our tub also stopped working. Sun- breakfast 30+ mins late again. Called and was told "its coming cause i havent seen the guy". Later we smelled the pot in our room again and out on balcony. Called desk. S/w bob i believe and they switched out room. About an hour after being in new room, neighborhoods cigarette smoke started drifting to our balcony. Couldnt sit outside whole time. Went to pool but was told we had to leave cause they had a problem with pool. Mon- breakfast late again! Checking out, 4 vehicles in carport with young kids smoking pot. Turned our keys in and wasnt asked anything or followed up about anything of our stay. Went to starbucks before leaving. Girl was sitting down on phone when i said hello. Stomped her foot, sucked her lips, and rolled her eyes as she stood up. I left w/o ordering.

Awesome hotel, great breakfast, good service. Only thing we have trouble with is the parking. Come back late at night after 9 pm, it will be hard to find a space to park on the hotel lot. But I guess we can park on the street.

Wonderful employees, room was great. POOL was very crowded. Kids jumping off shoulders, throwing balls all over, and with the crowds, this was concerning and took away from feeling of safety etc. Going after 10PM was better. Needs to have rules posted and someone to enforce . . Also, the hand sanitzer dispensers near the elevator in the lobby and another one was empty for two days. I have my own, but others may not

The stay was not the greatest!! I arrived early to check in because of an event that was being held for my child. However, the desk member's mentioned that I could not check in until 4 pm because of the request from Hotels.com, to have a bathtub. This request was not made by me and they waited until the very last minute to tell me the room was ready as I sat to watch other members check in. Upon arriving to my room, the entire floor was cleaned. When I walked into my room, the door hinge was broken off, so I had to call maintenance to fix that as my daughter was getting dressed. The kitchen was not clean, room had a stale smell and there was a little bug crawling on the bed that night. Respectfully, request a refund for this room!

Awesome place ever.....

Front desk was very friendly and efficient but the bellman, Phillipe was the highlight. More than helpful with our parking and getting us familiar with the hotel and surrounding area. He is a real asset to this hotel.

Great hotel with great views but the bed and couch were a bit uncomfortable.

Loved loved the room, awesome Space... clean, and loves that I got plenty of towls! It got a little Chilly in the evening and couldn’t heat the room temperature right it only seemed to work with a/c.

Weather was so so, but the hotel (and indoor pool) was excellent. Great on-site restaurant. Fabulous Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Very cheerful and helpful staff.
