Nice, convenient hotel. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced.

It was in a small town.Super adorable. We made a mistake coming off-season, but Veronica was great. She gave us some ideas and the 411 on the area. Definitely would recommend

The mattress was comfortable, and the blankets were warm and cozy. The couch and desk area was roomy enough for me to spread out and get some work done.

Amazingly clean, wonderful room, quiet, just a great place to stay, close to most everything

Overall the service, cleanliness and location is excellent. Room is a little oudated with dark interior.

Staff was friendly, professional and accomodating. Had to switch my days and they were very helpful.

Holiday Inn is conveniently located, within walking distance to everything in this VERY small town. Given it was late October when we stayed, many businesses were closed for the season, which made it feel even smaller. The hotel had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Everything was clean, and the guest laundry was nice to have. It's probably one of the nicest hotels in the city, just remember it's 2.5 - 3 stars. Don't expect luxury!

Hotel was clean and as advertised. We arrived a little early but were able to check-in as soon as the room was available. Only complaint was that the pool was open, but had to be reserved. I had called 3x before and during trip to confirm pool was open as that’s what the kids were excited for. When I checked in all the time slots for the day had already been filled. I feel like this is something that should have been disclosed so I could have planned accordingly. Price is steep for what you get, but you have to consider where you are.

We loved it. The room was perfect. The kids were ecstatic that they got an actual bed instead of a sleeper sofa. It was very roomy. We wished we would have stayed here our third night as well instead of the Marriott we at, as the rooms were a lot nicer. Pool area was perfect. We were also right in west Yellowstone almost a stones throw away from from the park. Would stay here again for sure!!

I can’t even begin to describe how kind the check in assistant was. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room blew us away on cleanliness and being up to date. A bonus was the ease of use of WiFi. Little details like that make a world of difference.
