The only issue was that many hotel staff were smoking near the entrance on the back right hand side, between the hallway entrance and the ballroom entrance. As this was the most convenient way to get from the parking lot to the front desk, it was unpleasant to have to "run the gauntlet" of smokers.

Always a great stay. Exceptional staff and facility. It is our go to when visiting our family. Best in the area.

Excellent independent Hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very well maintained and clean.

Frankly I was more than a bit surprised. I was on crutches and they put me in a room at the farthest point away. Then, my room had a broken air conditioning unit that required me to move rooms. Then the next morning the elevator was not working and I had to take the stairs. They were clearly short handed with staffing also.

From the moment of my arrival at the Westminster my stay was devoid of any sense of hospitality! Front desk was completely disinterested to check us in. It appeared as if this simple interaction was an inconvenient and annoying them. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Likewise at the hotel bar, the bartender shared the attitude as the receptionist early. It's a shame as we may have stayed for more then one drink. The AC did not work well. Thermostat would repeatedly shut off. I suspect it was on a timer or detector of some sorts for cost saving purposes. The one positive I state was we did enjoy the soaps and lotions provided.
