Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Auch die Zimmer was sehr schön und extrem sauber. Leider lag unser Zimmer sehr nahe an der Strasse. Der Lärm war zu laut. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Es gab viele Früchte und warme Gerichte konnte man aussuchen. Am Pool hat es keine Sonnenschirme. Nur Palmen welche nicht immer Schatten spendeten. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

We travel with family of 5, had family room with king and two twins (it’s actually rollaways) room was spacious but with only one bathroom and connected with glass shower, which for a larger group is very inconvénient. Hotel is clean with two pools and access to a beach however there are no beach lounge or chairs and no umbrellas on the beach so we used towels that you have to go to the front desk to pick up. It was just OK, I would recommend intercontinental next door. Twinpalms was my least favorite hotel we stayed throughout our trip around Thailand.

Was a lovely surprise to stay here. Huge room with a lounge, kitchen & dining area. Beautifully designed hotel with a real calmness and quality about it. Staff lovely, friendly & helpful. Only recommendations would be:- 1) gym equipment needs servicing & internet connections 2) rooms need a stand on which you can dump your suitcase - we both were living out of ours on the floor.

Perfekt!

Kjempe flott opphold. Bodde i 3 etasje med eget basseng, det var helt topp. Nydelig utsikt mot stranden, fikk se solnedgangen også derfra. Nytt hotell, ca 2.5år gammelt. Jeg skulle ønske sengen var mykere, men Thailand er ikke kjent for å ha myke senger. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og ytet god service, perfekt. Frokost var delvis buffe, bestilte omelett ect hos servitørene. Skulle ønske de hadde mer variert meny, lunsj og middag besto av det samme. På grunn av covid oppholdt vi oss for det meste på hotell området. Der brukte alle ansatte munnbind, for oss veldig betryggende. Savnet et lite supermarked for å handle litt snacks ect. Julaften fikk vi et hjemmelaget julekort og en liten gave, koselig. Vi bodde her i en uke, meget fornøyd. Anbefales til alle!

Superb facilities and location

From the moment we walked into the open air lobby until the time we left we had superb service. Our room/apartment was top class with luxuriant furnishings and even a wine fridge. The apartment looked brand new. We ate twice at one of their restaurants ‘Shimmer’ once in the restaurant and once in our room. Superb food and wine at reasonable prices. We cannot fault the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I used the well equipped gymnasium. To be able to walk on Kamala beach in the early morning and then indulge in a scrumptious breakfast was the ideal way to start the day. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly

Twinpalms MontAzure exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped out of the shuttle up to checkout the staff was beyond accommodating to all of our needs. All were extremely helpful and informative. The cleanliness to the entire facility was admirable. The food/ drinks were delicious. We couldn't get enough of their lunch menu. If you wanted to step off the resort, everything was within 10-20 mins away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for sure!

This resort was nothing short of amazing. From the staff, to the beautiful new room with all the bells and whistles, Shimmer restaurant, and beach view this place was amazing. It definitely an upgrade from Twinpalms Phuket. I loved how relaxing Kamala beach was and I was able to enjoy myself throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re thinking of visiting Phuket. In fact, I already plan on returning in 3 months or so.

Extrem schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage perfekt gelegen direkt am Kamala Beach. Das Hotel selbst ist ganz neu und bietet alles, was man sich von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarten kann und mehr. Darüber hinaus perfekter Service (jeder Mitarbeiter immer top informiert und extrem freundlich, man kommt sich vor wir "zu Hause") und ein wunderschönes Restaurant direkt am Meer bspw. zum Frühstücken (Essensqualität sehr gut!). Wirklich toll ist auch für Möglichkeit, das kostenlose Shuttle an verschiedene Strände bzw. zu der Kette angeschlossenen Beach Clubs (bspw. Catch Beach Club am Bang Tao Beach) inkl. kostenlosem Eintritt bzw. Liege und Schirm - top! Alles in allem ist das Hotel eines der Besten in denen wir jemals waren und in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen - vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.
