Great location. Good hotel. Everything was fine.

Fantastic location close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff, well appointed and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast included. Lots of free parking. In a very central location to travel to lots of tourist attractions- half hour drive approx.

Hotel manager left a note in the room staying they couldn't clean the room because it was too dirty. I have a two year old and he's still in pull ups..when he gets changed I put his diapers in a plastic bag and throw them away...but!...there was no trash can to throw any trash away. I was told that it's not In their job description to clean up..so basically they just get a free check. I can admit I didn't automatically fold my clothes up and put them in a suitcase everytime I left the hotel room, so housekeeping complained that they couldn't clean the room because clothes were "everywhere". I honestly believe these people think they are too good to clean a room, the whole time I was in there talking to the manager the receptionist and housekeepers were in there talking about what weave they were going to put in their hair. I've never had this issue at any other hotel...I gave this one a try even though the ratings weren't that great because they were on the cheaper side. But I see why that is now. Will not stay in another comfort inn. Anyone reading this review just pay the extra few dollars to stay in a more up to date non stuck up hotel. If you don't like cleaning up...Don't go into housekeeping.

Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, some communal areas (such as elevator are slightly worn). A really great breakfast with choices to appeal to everyone. Fabulous area with numerous restaurants within crawling distance.

Nice basic room with a microwave, refrigerator, work desk, and sitting chair. Wifi was strong, shower was upscale, bed very comfortable, and the breakfast mid-standard. Front desk staff were extremely courteous. Hotel had a lot of guests and the hallways clearly show signs of heavy use. Probably due for a face lift in the near future since there is only so much the housekeepers can do to keep up. Area is safe and close to major shopping.
