Smelled insanely badly like mold and from the fist moment you step in its dirty trash all over I reserved a king size bed non smoking and I got a full size were I had to place it on the floor due to me tossing badly and can fall easily and get injured and the room smelled like mold and smoke of cigarettes and weed plus to make worst matters there was needles all over outside the hotel never again I definitely make it my best to get my money back

Terrible!

Nice place

In my case, I don't have any complain, the room is good. The bathroom is clean, and the staff is pretty good. I was here before, and for me is ok! My stay here is peaceful!

I've never walked out of a place, this was a first. It was scary, and I don't get scared that easily. They couldn't pay me to stay there - seriously, that bad.

I like how cheep they are but you get what you pay for. Few working lights and outlets with doors that barely close and windows that fall off when opening.

Dirty rooms full of dust, furniture with dirty stains, amenities in suites covered by dust, tiny bathrooms with toilet bowels under the sink, missing floors panels, stained mattress covered in blood stains and covered by plastic wrap, dirty old clothes on the floor

We did not stay at this hotel the condition was DEPLORABLE!! I would be ashamed to even have it listed on my site if I were you! The filth and the disgusting smell would make anyone want to puke!!!!!!! I did not check in and calls for a refund and was unable to get my hard earned money back. This hotel is also located in a very unsafe are of CT. You should be sure you want some of your listings not harm your ability to have people repeat using Expedia. We will never book with you again!

Don't stay here unless you are homeless. We stayed because we are homeless but even while homeless I would have gone somewhere else if I could have gotten a refund. I usually don't rate but they literally have roaches. We found about 5 or 6 in 3 days. Most were babies. The shower water pressure SUCKS, one of the sinks didn't work, there was no hot water the morning we were leaving, the beds were soft.. They had a microwave in the room.

You get what you pay for, i guess. Cigarette burns ,and stains on comforters. Broken shades, made it hard to asure privacy. I would take pictures because they make you sign for claims. I did.

Cigarette burns in comforters. I didn't smoke in room, just got it because it was available and cheap.

Wrong part of town hoodlums and drugs there, after checking in, I went with my gut feeling and checked out 10 minutes later. I can't get a hold of Expedia for a refund!!!!!!

Dinghy facilities and non-existent ammenities

Giving management the benefit of the doubt, the hotel appears to be under renovation, there seemed to be many empty rooms yet I was given one next to some «long-term residents» (overflow from the local overbooked housing authority?). I would rather have had no-one around me. My room was very dark and the curtains had some missing panels so it was very hard to get privacy from the «long term residents» even with all curtains "closed". Although the windows were not totally covered by the curtains the air conditioner surely was, totally drapped by the curtains therefore it took a long time to cool the room. Why was the air conditioner not on since 3:00pm on check in date, I wonder? Now, that would have been great service. The room was advertised as having cable TV included but there was no signal, not even for the local TV stations. Asked for an iron to have ready for use the morning and was presented with a very poorly maintained iron with peeling teflon which I could not keep overnight in my room because that inoperable iron was the only iron in the entire hotel and "someone else was going to need it". So yes, an unusable iron (if you want to keep your clothes intact) was the only one available for the entire hotel. Now, I happen to know that as of June 2025 Walmart was selling irons from $13.00 a piece, would it not have been a good investment for this "new" hotel enterprise to invest $30.00 to have at least two irons available for hotel guests? So no, would not recommend.

attempted to stay here Friday June 20th and ended up leaving due to the disgusting room and the fact that there were people banging on cars parked in the lot and screaming outside the room.

Motel had broken rusty appliances (AC unit etc.) in the lobby. Area seemed dangerous.
