Unfortunately, our stay at the Hilton in Hampton, VA was disappointing. Upon arrival, we inquired about the pool only to be told it was out of order and unavailable to guests—something that had not been mentioned prior to booking. The elevators were extremely slow and appeared to be in poor condition. The entire hotel, including the rooms, felt tired and worn, in need of significant updates. Surprisingly, even complimentary coffee was not offered in the morning. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards we expect from Hilton, and we would not return.
