I have always found that Quality Inn is a convenient, clean, and affordable location in Carbondale. A person can catch the bus nearby at the Kroger store or across the highway at Walmart. Also, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant about one block down from the motel.

Property was dirty and smelly worst hotel I ever stayed at!!! Was afraid to lay in the bed! The toilet and tub looked like it was never cleaned. A dry towel was hanging on the back of the door that was used by the previous people. I would never stay here again!!

This was not what I expected from Quality Inns, I always look for your motels when traveling because of cleanliness and great service,and affordability. A good hotel for traveling on a budget. The staff was friendly and helpful in a special request while there. It was a busy time in Carbondale but they handled it with professionalism and good grace.
