We were glad the hotel was open during this time while others were not so we got to try it since it’s not directly on the beach but it’s new, clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about the hotel execpt for the Intenet service. As a guest from the United States, I don't have cell phone serive when in Mexico. So I have to rely on the Internet service from the hotel. Which was highly unreliable. This is the only complaint I have and other than that, hotel, its staff, and the rooms were absolutely perfect.

Clan,Comfortable and new

I’m original for the region And basically for as far as I remember this beautiful beach area of San Carlos has lacked of hotel infrastructure with basically as many hotel options as one can count with one hand, have more than 20 years and most of them not kept their quality of service and maintained installations that were at the beginning. This Hotel is a right choice if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay the night in a very convenient location filled with great staff that is ready to welcome you whatever your plans are.

Please don’t go if you are looking to rest at nigh

The hotel has a bar just in the core of the hotel. That bar opens since noon till 2:30 am. The music was it was Like a discotec volum. We call the front desck and they tall us they can’t do nothing. So we have to wait until 2:30 to sleep. I can’t understand why they play music soooo loud. It was the worst experience in a retreat hotel.

Great place, but...

Great room, great staff, nice facilities. However, the music from the outside pool area lounge was too load and went on until 2am. Staff should have told us that our room overlooked the pool area and that Saturday night there is late night music.

Was worth a try.

New hotel but already has problems. Pool was full of algae. Needs cleaning. Room was nice. But noisy place. No hot water in the shower. And bad music at the pool bar all day. Good location....though there are better choices in sc.

1st of all, the hotel in itself is very very secure if you're not staying there you cannot get in or out, So travelers should feel very secure about that period the rooms are well designed Badger comfortable the bathroom showers are huge the outside pool grass and outdoor bathrooms are immaculate they also have an out door very large palapa bar with food and beverage The staff was exceptional they are there and do wait on you hand and foot literally the cost factor for this new facility is well worth it in is not very expensive and every bit worth what your paying. If you don't have a vehicle getting a taxi is very simple easy And readily available. There is a grocery store across the street you can literally walk to the beach across the street . Each Room has a balcony with chairs there is a blow dryer and condiments . I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here at this Hotel. Also a plus was I was able to call them directly to make special arrangements for early check in and had no problems at all they do take credit cards debit cards cash and pesos. I think this is one of the best or is the best hotel in town for your money without doubt. And I have stayed in every single hotel in San Carlos

Mal servicio

Las instalaciones están súper bien, a nuestra llegada la recepcionista fue "amable" un trato algo rudo, como si no disfrutara su trabajo, después estábamos en la alberca y al ordenar comida el mesero me dijo que no podía hacer cargo a la habitación y fui a mi cuarto por dinero, estuvimos pagando lo que consumimos y al día siguiente al hacer check out, el joven en recepción nos informa que teníamos pendiente de pago el consumo del día anterior, en dos comandas había un listado de comida que nosotros no consumimos, es demasiado desagradable que cosas así ocurran, obvio no aceptamos el fraudulento cargo.
