Hotel was well enjoyable. Located near the center of town and across the street from a lovely walking path with open grass and small river walk. Staff was great and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

The hotel interior is solid and shiny, it was also not crowded due to the current covid situation, so we were able to enjoy the empty space. Unfortunately, there we have noted several issues that are not compatible with the star-ranking of the hotel: 1) our (superior) room was shabby and used, sofa had dirt and damages 2) some towels were with the traces of dirt 3) we only had one set of towels for 2 adults and 1 child in the room. Of course after going to reception and telling this we were given with the missing ones, but... 3) they provide 4 Nespresso capsules as a welcome gesture, but 1 of the capsules in the box was used already - how is this even possible? 4) we found some left-overs from the previous guests, e.g. plastic bottle caps under the table 5) both soap dispensers were empty, I cannot understand how this is possible, luckily we had our own sanitary stuff - had no power to go and complain again 6) Prior to arrival I have asked for a baby bed in the special requests - this was not provided either. 7) dinner menu is super trimmed - Caesar salad, or burger, or schnitzel - that's it. Not a level of a 5-star hotel restaurant. Overall, we were able to rest, but I would rather choose another hotel next time.

Excellent place to stay. Easy to walk into town (15 mins). I had a quite room and very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely delighted with my stay in Dorint Pallas Hotel in Wiesbaden. My husband and I have been coming to Wiesbaden every Christmas for many years and got very disappointed with another hotel which deteriorated over years and service became dreadful, so we decide to try a different hotel and we have chosen the right one this time. We will be back soon. Thank you

Very clean, quiet, 15 min walk from Christmas market, great service.

This is an agreeable business hotel. Bar and restaurant were fine and well staffed. They had a fine breakfast. Onsite parking was helpful.

Nice place near several great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Also a laundromat within 200 feet. Cool little convenience store with great fresh fruit right next door. Minor criticism - wish they would invest in some feather pillows.

It was nice, very modern and clean.
