Had an amazing stay! Cant wait to go back again.

We want to mention on top of the great time to point out we ate at the restaurant 3 times because of the top both boys service by Marte Lima the server and the food was excellent. We had a minor issue with the room service in the morning we didn’t like the meal and things came up incomplete.

When we booked on Hotels.com we prepaid and thought everything was taken care of. Upon checking in, we learned we had to pay an additional $30 per night for internet, includes a credit at restaurant, and your choice of a tour. We declined and was told that this was a MANDATORY fee if we wanted to stay at the hotel. We decided to just pay it and found the hotel room very dated. The hotel was incredibly busy (early November) with kids. There was a teenage beauty pageant, a Girl Scouts convention, and school trips staying at this hotel. We stayed here before and I don’t remember it being this crazy. If you want to relax, don’t stay here.

First of all it's very noisy area . Housekeeping lying to there manager that I put a privacy sign on my room so they didn't clean my room and no one can tell them why (unfortunately).

Amazing! I cannot find one negative thing to say about this hotel. Top to bottom it was perfect. I absolutely will stay here again when visiting NYC.
