We arrived to hotel around 8pm, attempted to check-in and were told it would be a few minutes. Front desk staff left us waiting in lobby for 30 minutes with no explanation (but we could overhear staff saying they put someone else in our reserved room). Manager was called by desk staff, and we were able to be placed in a room. We didn’t cause a fuss, as we were just glad to have a room. We reserved the shuttle service that night for transportation to the cruise terminal the next morning (we were passengers 2 and 3 on the 10 person reservation list). We arrived 10 minutes before the shuttle’s arrival time to find the shuttle leaving without us. There was no room on the shuttle, as the hotel oversold seats, so we had to hail a cab. The hotel didn’t offer to help pay for cab or arrange another transportation service, nor did they adhere to their shuttle reservation list. We were apologized to and were told they would “look into our folio” to reduce fees, but we never received a credit (paid full price). The hotel itself was fine/clean, just had major problems with reservations and services.
