I loved the hotel and its staff, and it was very clean. However, there are four buildings on the property. One of them is located way at the back, and to get to the third building, you must leave the main building and cross a railroad track. The railroad track is old, and there are homeless individuals nearby, which is a concern that needs to be addressed.
I was traveling with my granddaughter, and since we had an early flight, we needed an Uber to take us to the airport. The hotel shuttle started operating too late, at 5:00 AM. We had to carry our suitcases across the track to the first building in the dark at 3:00 AM, which felt a bit scary.
When we reached the front desk, there was no one there! It was frightening, but luckily, our Uber driver had arrived. I left the room key at the front desk and called out, but still, no one responded. The security situation wasn't reassuring; I didn’t see any security personnel around, and there was a homeless man sleeping near the hotel.
