The staff were all amazing, from the front desk to the employees at the beautiful lobby bar to the bell desk. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The holiday decor was nice as well. This is a great location because you can walk to so many places from the hotel. The pool area is smaller, so book your cabana or get your beds earlier. Enjoy!

We booking of the hotel was great. We were not told that the resort fee and daily parking fee were not included. The hotel is in a great location. Down the street from the mall and close to all of our destinations. The only downside is that the vally service can get backed up. There are a lot of people that show up on the weekend. We waited almost 20 mins on a few occasions to get the car. Other then that, you will enjoy the hitel.

Great hotel!

I arrived at the hotel around 11am and did not expect to get a room until 3-4pm, but my room was ready so I could check in and get settled right away. Pendry also listened to my request of having a room on the higher floors and put me on floor 17. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, my stay was great and I cannot see myself choosing any other hotel if I go back to Newport Beach!

I spent New Years at the Pendry. It was overall wonderful and the staff was excellent all around.

Very nice place

Very nice upscale hotel near Fashion Island in Newport Beach. It was a quick trip but the hotel had all the amenities you would expect from a high end resort/hotel.
