Very much enjoyed my short stay at this property, found it by chance, and was very pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem! I found it's location to be a very big plus, right next to the train station, shopping, and many dining choices all around (even outside the hotel itself!). The Hotel seems very new, rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean! Staff was very helpful and courteous, and even offered free sake and ice cream in the lobby in the early evening! I am certain that I will stay here on my next visit to Osaka, and have already recommended this property to several people. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect location for families traveling within Kansai. Friendly & helpful staff. They provide the best room amenities including the foot massager and air purifier. Double room is just a little small for a family, good for solo or couple travelers.

Location, wi-fi, service... nothing to complain.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Namba station. We could take a direct train from Kansai Airport.
