Two thumbs up!

I got the corner suite, the space is great to have my whole family (4 adults) satisfied and with tub, two toilets, nice hair dryer, good size freezer and nice breakfast. the location is nice as well ti access both Hakata and Tenjin. two thimbs up!

Super nice hotel which is within walkable distance from train station. 2 convenience stores in close proximity. Excellent service and nice staff. Check in and out are too easy without a fuss. Hotel room is modern and clean. Bathroom is pristine. Overall experience is excellent. Daiwa Roynet hotel group is almost always the best one.

Very nice hotel with good sized rooms (especially for a Japanese hotel) Only complaint is that concierge cannot help you with calls or reservations and the fridge was not on. I lost $30 of strawberries because there’s no sign that tells you the fridge is off

I stay here for a few times but this time the check in staff seems not really friendly to me. She insist to speak Mandarin, just because she saw my passport is Hong Kong? But honestly my Mandarin is quite bad, even I reply in English, but she seems quite assume that I am able to communicate in Mandarin, so I give up and use my bad Mandarin to communicate with her. And her attitude is the worst I encounter in my Japan check in experience.

身も心も快適な滞在をさせていただきありがとうございました。

最近できたのでしょうか、館内はとても綺麗で所々に新しい香りがしました。個人的に嬉しいのは、この価格帯のホテルで(空間は一緒ではあるが)浴室がガラスの扉でバスルーム空間をしっかり区切ってくれているので、水回りが気になるみとしては助かります。バスタブも広く、しっかり足を伸ばせました。アメニティ類も入浴剤含めフロントでフリーに提供しており、気軽に持ち出せます。そして何よりも心でリラックスできたのは滞在中に対応していただいたスタッフ皆様のホスピタリティです。どこに泊まろうか直前まで悩んで、予約してすぐに訪問したので反映に少し時間がかかりながらも、テキパキ対応していただきました。朝食も、出張等でもいろんなホテルに滞在しましたが同じ価格帯で1番だと思います。開放感と明るい空間で、会場でも宣伝していましたが、内装や食事のラインナップからも「色鮮やかさ」を感じる楽しい空間でした。食事もこだわっており、海鮮やデザート、ドリンクもバリエーション豊富で非常に楽しく食事ができました。チェックアウト後に少し作業をロビーでしてから帰りのエレベーターを待っていたのですが、スタッフさんが最後お見送りをしてくれたのも、感動しました。滞在する身として、こちらがリラックスできるためにもスタッフさんの心の豊かさ、余裕さがある方がゆとりあるおもてなしをいただけると、改めてこの滞在を通じて感じることができました。次回も福岡来る際は予約したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
