Toccozy Cabin Retreat sits on the banks of the Toccoa River off paved road accessible with car or even motorcycle. This is a beautiful gated cedar log cabin sitting on just over 1.5 acre of well landscaped and manicured lawn with enough room for a family football game and fishing accessible "right out your back door" with 180 feet of river frontage. The cabin has central heating and air, and a full sized washer and dryer. Maximum of 10 persons and no pets please. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and large full bath with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs has the second bedroom with two queen beds, and a loft with a third queen bed. All rooms have dressers and plenty of closet space for a long week stay .Upstairs also has a large full bath with shower and tub. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV with DVD, and two sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals, with an eat-in bar that seats five, and the dining table that has seating for eight. The lower level has game room has a foosball table with large flat screen TV perfect for gaming without taking over the living room .Laundry room off of game room. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, large private hot tub located underneath a covered porch overlooking the river, porch with picnic table and gas grill (gas is provided). Porch also has additional seating area overlooking the river and stone fire pit perfect spot to relax and take in the view. A Log swing and fire pit seating down at rivers edge provide a tranquil atmosphere to enjoy your mountain getaway. Easy access to river with beach area for just sitting in the river to cool off, this is also a good spot to launch your tubes, kayak or canoe. It is just a short float to Horse Shoe Bend Park where you can get out and take a two minute ride back to the cabin. A Large open area down by river offers Tether Ball, and Corn Hole boards. The cabin is located minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and only 4 minute ride to McCaysville with grocery store, dining and shops. Just down the street a gas station and convenient store that carries just about everything from milk to fishing bait and fire wood. Nearby attractions include hiking the beautiful trails of North Georgia, biking, and Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Scenic Train Rides and the famous Swan Drive In. All our cabins include linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc...We will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towels and trash bags.
