El Cozumeleno Beach Resort All Inclusive, Cozumel

Amazing trip

Overall El Cozumeleno is a great resort. The staff are amazing! They work very hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay and are attentive to any needs you have. The food is very good and I recommend trying the more formal dining option when you have the chance. Dinner is very difficult to get into, but breakfast and lunch are very good as well. Also, though this hotel is a little out of two, the ride into town by taxi is very reasonable. Only two cautions for this resort. First, Wifi is only available in the lobby area and isn't very fast. Second, if you are booking an excursion, make sure you use the hotel staff at the desk in the main lobby over the team of people in room at the back of the lobby. The hotel staff will provide better support for you and ensure you have a good experience. The other staff (which do not work for the hotel) seemed more interested in selling experiences and weren't there when we had an issue.

A favorite of ours for yrs until now. Bed so bad I couldn't do any of the excursions we planned my husband and I both hurt so bad. Furniture old and dirty. Repairs done in rooms very shoddy. No WiFi available in rooms. I have referred only this hotel in Cozumel but never will again. First time I have used hotels.com and not a great impression on hotel research on your part.

It is a really nice place!!! Beautiful views of the sea and a paradise on the beach! The snorkel is amazing and all inclusive is also with kayaks and snorkel equipment!!! I’ll be back for sure! They have a great Mexican show on Thrusday night. Don’t missed it! And the dinner restaurant is delicious!!! Reverse your space everyday

Very outdated!!!! air conditioner in the room didn’t work they couldn’t change my room because they were fully booked, beds were horrible to sleep in, wouldn’t clean room until late after noon, Food wasn’t good.
