I was really surprise by this HJ Wyndham and never stayed in one this bad, really moldy smelling, due to mold in walls and bathroom, and we were to tired to complain or exchange rooms>

Weird uncomfortable energy wrapped in old building

Staff was not welcoming at all. Rude stares from clearing staff as I was leaving with my puppy. Just an uncomfortable energy from people who are either racist or just rude. Website says pet-friendly but signs say no pets. Hotel only accommodates service animals which is not really pet friendly. Hotel has old furnishings and old smelly carpets. Will nevet stay at this location.

Solo Trip

I'm going through a short transitional period and I didn't want to be bothered during my stay. I literally had the Do-Not-Disturb sign out for my entire stay. I was only bothered once and that was from the gentleman, who I believe runs the place. I was called on the hotel phone and when I didn't answer, the gentleman knocked on my door. I normally wouldn't of answered the door but I did because I didn't want anyone to bother me for the remainder of my stay. The gentleman just wanted to make sure I was ok since he hadn't seen much of me. He also wanted to know if I wanted my room cleaned. I reassured him a couple times I was fine. I asked for a couple items and that cleaning my room wasn't necessary. I thanked him for checking up on me. And I therefore wasn't bothered for the remainder of my stay. When I checked out, I again thanked him for not bothering me. Since the stay rejuvenated me, and I wasn't bothered as per requested, I'll be back. Thank you!!

Hotel staff was rude. Whole hotel had a weird smell, the back of the toilet was broke in our room, air conditioning was not really working and when it was on blew warm air and made a weird noise. Hotel also doesn’t offer breakfast and the pool was closed while we were there. Not to mention when we went to check out, the man behind the counter dug in his butt before turning around after we had to ring the bell to notice us standing there. Went to ask for the keys and how our stay was. Asked him to sanitize his hands or wash them before giving us any papers or touching the keys we had to hand over. He was just horrible and rude. 0/10 would not ever come here again. Save your money and also the extra $100 charge after we checked out and they can’t tell us what it was from.
