By the reviews that I read on all of the booking websites for Brady Hotels Jones Lane, it sounded like such a great place to stay. They did allow us to have early check-in, which was so good. However, as soon as we got into the room, it was obvious that the room needed maintenance. Firstly, the carpet had wear and tear holes all over the place, there was a lot of mould in the shower, and it just overall needed a fix-up. The star rating for the cleanliness was very high; however, this was far from the truth. When we walked into the bathroom, it hadn’t even been cleaned, with hairs being all over the shower floor. We then called the receptionist to inform them of this; a person then came up to clean with no cleaning products, just a towel. She then left, and we went in to check, and the hairs were still there. We then went down to the reception and told them that we would be happy to clean it if they provided the products, and they said no and that they would go and clean again. We then went out, so I didn’t see if they brought any products to clean the second time, but the hairs were removed once we did get back to the room. It was also quite dusty, and there were some small hairs in the fridge, and you could just see that it overall needed a deep clean.
