The good: The room was spacious and clean and the beds slept well. We appreciated that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower so easier to use with multiple family members. Breakfast was good, and breakfast service was excellent.
The not so good: I could not use the internet at all. I kept getting quarantined, ostensibly because I was streaming, but I turned off all my apps. I called the 800 number twice and just gave up and turned off the Wi-Fi. There were no options on the pillows, they were all too thick, not suitable for stomach or back sleepers who prefer a flatter pillow. One night when we went to use the indoor hot tub, we had to leave the pool area because it was over 100° and felt like a sauna. It was unusable, I was afraid to get in the hot tub for fear I would overheat. When we reported it to the front desk, they dismissed our concerns, but we checked it out the next day and it wasn't as hot, so I think there was definitely something wrong that night.
The other: housekeeping does not come into your room. You leave a tag on the door in the morning with a checklist of anything new you need like towels or soap, and leave your dirty linens and trash can in the hallway, and they leave the replacements on your door later. We were fine with that, but it's worth knowing.
