STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
The guest near my room argued loudly. Daily. Communicating with staff was horribly, not willing to resolve guest issues. The rooms were smaller than advertised, continually I would bumb into room furnishings. No space to setup iron board safely. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms hand soap dispenser, I had to request from housekeeper. The bathroom window was left open by housekeeper after she stated that she cleaned the inside of my room. Mind you, I am on the first floor. (Second room) my first room; the bathroom window lock is broken. (Room 212) did not feel safe. On June 25, 2025 after returning to my first floor room I was unable to access entry to my room. I had to sleep inside of my daughters car parked on the motels parking lot. (Not a Hotel.) Although I received a telephone call regarding room change and key activation the guest clerk did not acti activate my card for usage unknown to me until returning to room after having had been off of property from Tuesday morning 06:30a.m. ; 6/24/25-06/25/25; Wednesday morning at 01:55. I made repeated calls as well as repeated visits to the motels office up until 06:15 a.m. at which time I was able to connect in person to a live person as he entered the office. (Can be viewed on the Motels ring camera) There seemed to be no care/concern that I was unable to access my room at such a late hour. Seeking reimbursement of Wednesday 06/25/2025 cost of stay which I reported to the Motels checkin clerk at 06:15 this morning.
