4/10 Fair

The property was kind of run down although the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Overnight stay

Room chairs are stained, bathroom door doesn’t fit the door jam, hair dryer is falling off the wall and no night curtains in the window.

Older building, but rooms are well maintained. Clean, comfy, and good price

No accommodations for elderly and/or handicapped. Made us climb large amount of stairs to get to room and we are senior citizens. Kind of a run down place.

It's not the best

The property seemed to be going through some renovations. Our room was partially painted, the bathroom door was extremely hard to close, and the jet tub didn't work. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean

Very dirty

The first room they put us in (room 135) smelled so bad like urine that it was stinging our eyes within a few minutes. The front desk worker moved us, the next room wasn’t too bad. While I was waiting in line regarding my room two other customers were there. One because their TV didn’t work and the other because none of the lights in their room had bulbs that weren’t burnt out. The poor person working the front desk was all alone dealing with all of the. Check in was Saturday 6/3 at 5:00 pm.

Overall Okay

Overall, it was okay. We were on motorcycles and showed up just before it started to storm. They let us keep our motorcycles at the front door, under the overhang until the storm was done (30-35 minutes). We had a king size bed and a pull out couch. There were 4 pillows in the room. We asked for 2 more, but were told they did not have enough pillows to give us extra. The hallways were not air conditioned. The bathroom ceiling was a drop ceiling and the metal grid was rusting. The vent fan was very loud and looked as if it was from the 1970s. The toilet tank had been glued together and porcelain inside the bowl at the pipe was worn off. It made the toilet look like was not clean.

It was clean and comfortable. But our room needed a new shower head. But of course it was on the weekend and maintenance wasn't there.

Never again.

This hotel has a full size pool (8ft deep) and a great spa. However, that is the only good thing about it, especially since they keep a sign on the door saying pool is temporarily closed, so you have to ask to use it. Our room was horrible. The only curtain on the window was the sheer see through one, the other curtain rod was empty. Huge cracks in the window. Not only did this cause a privacy issue, but there were really bright outdoor lights right outside our window, so it was never dark. The bathroom door would not shut, the hair dryer was falling off the wall, the chairs were all horribly stained, and there were crumbs on the corner chair. Paint was all chipped and the purple wall next to the olive green bedspreads just made it all feel worse. Family members of the workers and owners hanging out in lobby and outside the main doors also made it uncomfortable to go in and out as needed.

April post storm travel

My room had the guts of door lock exposed because no plate covered it (but it worked), it had a dented in bathroom door, it had a dresser top with holes in it, and no instructions how to select channels on the tv. Front desk, breakfast service, clean linens, all excellent.

Toilet kept running, toilet seat broken, noisy employeee with no muffler kept starting car several times throughout night, back entry doors had no security, broken , shower in room wasn’t working right, back parking lot had no light. Check in guy was great. Breakfast okay.

2/10 Poor

Roneshia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Old and dirty

There had been a very bad leak above window, so the plaster was falling down,,bad water stains on ceilings above and on curtains. There was also mold on the white curtains that you pulled shut. People's in the room next to us was up all night long and the walls are thin so it sounded like they were in our room. No one came to check on the breakfast so things had ran out ...Employees were just hanging out in the lobby sitting on the couch ,while one of the Employees kids were running around outside. When i checked out that employee took my card..never asked how things went. Also stains on one of the pillows on our bed was disgusting!

Price was good but the place needs some work

Rooms were booked everywhere so we looked for what ever had an opening and was reasonably priced. Hotel appeared clean at 1st glance, the young man at the front desk was not very informative… he gave us our keys and told us to drive around to the side for our room, no mention about internet, breakfast, or checkout the next day… nothing! Walked into our room and it was freezing cold, tried to adjust the air conditioning but couldn’t so we ended up shutting it off. The frame around the door was broken like someone had forced the door at some point and no one bothered to fix it properly. The drapes on one side were falling off the rod. 3 large pesty flies bugged the room our entire stay. Breakfast was bare basics.

This hotel has a bit of a strange layout, and is a bit dated. I had a good stay and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Nothing outstanding about the place, but I would definitely stay there again. The pizza place next door is excellent.

Hotel was decent. Great friendly staff. Rooms could use updated furniture and mattresses. It was also a rough walk to car in parking lot with the slushy snow

I liked that it was cheap. Didn’t like the hallway smelling of garbage. Didn’t feel safe knowing that the side doors where broken and didn’t lock.
Naomi, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Close to freeway ,staff were really nice and helpful, reasonably priced
Daniel, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The condition of the room was questionable, if not poor. The top hinge on the bathroom door was broken, causing the door to drag on the floor. The entrance door to the building was broken; you could enter the building without a key card. The room itself was outdated in its decor, which can be somewhat excused. However, the general condition of the building was poor. The other guests were also questionable, both ethically and morally. We will not stay there again.
Anthony, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff nice ,rooms decent
Connie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotel lost power within 1 hour of being there. The beds were very uncomfortable, there is no elevator, the pool was closed, and the price was high for what we got.
