I would not book this hotel again.

The room and bath were small, poorly lighted and had NO AIR CONDITIONING, only a plug-in fan or an open window. Our fan the first night was annoyingly loud. In the morning we asked for a replacement fan while we were out; when we came back at the end of the day it had not been done and the clerk at the front desk made us carry up a replacement fan ourselves. The hotel is 1/2 block from a fire/ambulance station so open window was not an option because of the incessant sirens. There are no actual restaurants nearby, just quick take out food. I would not book this hotel again.

Kjempe service, hyggelig personale, fint rom. Noen nevner at det ikke er air condition, men det er ingen problem når de har satt inn en vifte på rommet. Har hatt en super natt. Utrolig nært til u-banen så det er lett å komme seg til og fra. Vi kommer garantert til å bo her igjen om vi kommer tilbake til Hamburg!

4* Hotel 😂 Der er ingen restaurant på hotellet. Under dit lagen på sengen ligger en knirkende gummi overtræk, som knirker og varmer. Det er sikkert super hvis du tisser i sengen eller får lyst til at tømme en flaske babyolie på den 😂 04:50 blev der støvsuget udenfor værelset - det er dejligt der er rent, og så er man jo vågen og kan få noget ud af dagen. Der var ikke beskidt, bare super slidt. 😂

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und es war deshalb sehr stickig. Wegen des Straßenlärms konnte man das Fenster während der Nacht nicht geöffnet lassen. Die Matratzen sind zu weich für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Vorteilhaft war die Lage des Hotels; nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur U- und S-Bahn Berliner Tor. Geeignet für einen Wochenendaufenthalt.
