Great stay.

Hotel central to restaurants, beach front and excellent skatepark directly over the road for our 7yo. Pool area was great. Pool side bar adding to atmosphere. Older kids (adults) had own rooms and enjoyed bars and entertainment directly below hotel on strip.

Pool service

Lovely stay. I think the hotel missed allot of revenue by not having the bar open by the pool. Talking to other quest it was an inconvenience. Dialling 6 for service with no menu. Several people either went back to room . Used their own room coffee or got dressed and went out.

Could be better

Room is clean and spacious. Waited 30 min for checkin. Shower head were not in a good condition

Hotel with two sides

Reception staff had no knowledge of the area or the hotel facilities for that matter. Room has new bathroom but old living area, balcony had bird poo on the chairs and very old tv which doesn’t let you watch stuff from your own hard drive. Pool area was good with its bar and massive pool, night manager on Saturday night was the only helpful person

A comfortable stay with good views. Pool is great. There was a delay in the site returning the A$100 held on check-in

Grand Old Lady showing her Years

I'm a little confused, your website gave them a 5star rating yet they say (On their web site) they only have a 4 star rating. I'd not give them more than 3.5 stars. The hotel is old and in desperate need of some fixing up. That said the staff where great and very friendly! On arrival we found out that we only had a King size bed in the room so we had to pay an extra $50.00 per day for a fold out bed. This is mostly my vault as I did not know that I needed to book two beds. I assumed that if I gave the number of guests as 3 your system would automatically look for rooms that can accommodate 3 guests. Anyway we still made the best of our time here and had a good time all things considered. Great Location, with louds to see and do if you wanted, or just stay in and relax around the pool. We had room service for the 1st night which was very tasty. We did not go for the breakfast in the hotel as you are spoilt for choice with many options in very close proximity.

Mattress very old and damaged Spring coming through Staff were good but no compensation offered, just had to change rooms next day

It was great to be in the hub of all the activity of scarborough beach. But the vibe in the hotel was morbid. No one around, every area was empty, no entertainment at all
