Beautiful and clean property with a reasonable price. Walking distance to both Times Square and to Central Park. Will definitely stay here again!!

When we arrived I booked a king bed & they gave me two full beds...super romantic right? The toilet was broken & my partner had to fix it 3 times. No breakfast. Overall v unsatisfied with my stay here would not stay here again. The location was nice tho.

Why do I have to pay resort fee and there’s no resort I’m from ny

My stqy was stqy was outstanding, since I open the lobby, we were greatted by all front desk and other staff, they suggested a couple of pleaces to eat and do, it was my son bday trip they send us a car and some champagne . Attention to detail , I will definitely come back and will recommend it to anyone clean and sanitze rooms Novoa family

The hotel has a good location, walking distance to a few key fun areas. It’s very clean in the lobby area and elevators. the rooms are clean but don’t have fridges or microwaves. They should really update what services are and aren't available during their opening amid the pandemic. No hotel services/amenities were available during my stay. I’m sure this will go back to normal when the city does, so I can’t knock them for it.

Very professional great location

Requested for a coffee maker cuz it was an option when we booked, and it was very cold in New York to go out for morning coffee and can’t order room service cuz restaurant is closed for covid. So requested 4 times from front desk a coffee maker over a 2 days of asking and I get same response every time “we will send it up”. This hotel don’t care don’t stay here stay somewhere else you’ll get better experience.

Jaime, Angela, and all of the people at the front desk were positive and helpful. They seemed happy to accommodate us, even when it meant a late check out so my daughter could finish her online classes.
