The concierge desk had the most friendly staff members and helped me with everything I needed anytime I needed it!

Friendly staff and clean room. Hotel was remodeling but still nice and clean. Much better than other hotels in this area.

The property is right on the highway so it seems like it’s a lot of traffic. I only stayed for one night for a state board exam but the staff was very pleasant and they were in the middle of reconstruction so I understand the holes in the ceiling .

My brother loved that it was near the CW building.

The stay was great. I would stay again. They have construction going on and no microwave in the room, which sucks, but it is a clean and quiet hotel. 4 stars!!

the hotel is in process of construction, remodeling some areas. actual condition is not so good. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast as promissed

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. It was close to where we needed to be and easy to find. Definitely would stay here again.

My stay was excellent until I got to check out in the morning. The lady at the check out was very unpleasant and exhibited a very bad customer service.

Everything was great but it was a disappointment not having a microwave.

Looked ok from outside but inside less so. Restaurant / Lounge closed with no notice or warning on hotel.com site or prior to check in. Also very weak selection of possible meal substitutes in the lobby pantry.
