First when I arrived, there’s a attachment at the lobby said this building isn’t a hotel, which made me so frustrated about where I at. And the website didn’t state this clearly the apartment isn’t hotel at first when I booked it. This is a very desperate situation for me. Second, the hotel staff can’t even speak English! We can’t even ask her to give us a toilet paper, and the customer service said they can provide us toilet paper after the room cleaning, which they didn’t. Third, the room is full of ants and other insects, this is the last night I’m staying here but I’m getting ant bite on my whole body. Can somebody explain to me why is this situation is happening in my room, which is a very very bad experience to us.
