Staff would not do anything without asking for tips. Very annoying to have to pay extra for services that you already paid. Asked for wake up call. Got none. Had to change the room key several times as it did no work. We were a large group that paid premium. Some got premium rooms, some didn’t. All dependent on the tip paid. Would not return
Check in was appalling- no information about the booking despite it been made a month before and rude staff. Ended up paying a premium rate for the night. Following day still not sorted until I contacted Hotels.com at a cost of £20 for the call (hotel said they would reimburse but did not). Once sorted the remaining 2 days stay was pleasant but would not return as too much hassle at the beginning.
