There was no communication before arrival. I called, texted, sent emails, no answers. When we arrived there was nobody for checking in, it took a while before the host came to let us in. The airco in the bedroom could not be used at night: it was 50 cm from the pillow with lots of noise. The wifi didn't work most of the time. Only the most expensive apartment (with terrace), has on one side a window with normal glass. All other appartments have only diffused light (milk glass) in little windows as well in the roof window. All windows have bars like in jail. No bubles in the jacuzzi, better call it a bath (tube) in the advertisements. The toilet was cleaned but anyhow awfull brown inside. The water in the shower didn't drain. They forgot to take away the dust cover from the smoke alarm. In case you want to cook, be prepared there is not even salt and peper. For doing the dishes, there is no dish soap, dishcloth and washing-up brush. Pillows were missing on the bank (the sofa bed) , you were unable to sit on it. On our last evening electricity went completely out. Then we discovered the most shocking issue: without electricity the first door was not to open! We could not get out! Can you imagine there was a fire and no electricity! Last but not least, the host: He was unfriendly and continiously showing that he was tired. He did not like his job, he was very clear about that.
