book the property a day before. called the owner but no pick up, only can contact through whatsapps. Owner cancel my booking around 11am on the day of travel. No apology received. Full refund from hotels.com received. Book the property on your own risk.

Unfortunately I didn’t stay there. The communication was so bad. At first I was contacted by a man asking me what I want then I showed him the booking that I made, he said ok. Then when I reached the apartment a woman called and said my booking was cancelled. I didn’t get any notification on this. I felt tricked and angry. This is very unfair!
