We really enjoyed our stay, very nice hotel but breakfast should be included in stay, nice restaurant inside hotel, good food, pool huge, hot tub huge enjoyed both:)

Overall this Hotel is good. The front desk clerks need to know that if you sign someone up as a member then they should contact them to give the guest the member number for WiFi connection. When I checked in they gave me a WiFi password that didn’t work. So for almost 2 days of my 3 day stay I used all my personal data thinking it was my phone. When I informed the front clerk that I was having a problem he became frustrated!! The customer service was a 3 out of 5.

Hotel staff and room was fine but the restaurant/bar staff was rude, food was good

We have stayed here many times since it is close to family. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The kids love the pool and the staff is very accommodating. I wish they had a continental breakfast and that the toilets weren't so low. I think they had little kids in mind when they put them in, not and old lady with bad knees.

Had a very good experience. Easy to get to, easy to get to our destination (dupage county fairgrounds), and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only beef was one that couldn’t be helped. A big loud family was near our room and also affected our enjoyment of the pool, but that wasn’t the motels fault. Overall I’d go there again.
