The man at the reception desk (forgive me for not knowing his name) was very exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa and pool was quiet. The location would be difficult to beat. All in all I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in an executive room, which I highly recommend as an executive lounge is available throughout the day to grab a coffee, cold drinks or nibbles.

Mostly had a good stay

Great breakfast, nice pool and sauna area. However we ran out of toilet paper as it was not restocked, luckilly we had a roll of our own with us. Also, a white clothes-ware dissappeared from our room during our stay and instead we found an extra towel. Obviously just an accident/misstake, but I would have expected better handling and some kind of reimbursement when paying €250 / night than a "we did not find it". Piano bar also a nice spot in the evenings.

My only issue was there wasn’t any milk in the room for my drink, although the bar kindly gave this. The cost of breakfast was pricey when it is the same cost for adults and children. There is no baggage service, and the room does not have air conditioning—only a fan is provided for ventilation, which does not meet the conditions mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the breakfast charges vary each time due to my children, which seems inconsistent. Furthermore, any room service requests incur an additional charge of €8, which is unexpected for a hotel that claims to be five-star. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the experience.

Hotel is located in city centre which is perfect if you are in town. Parking is expensive; Apcoa parking per day 40 euro. Rooms are big and spacious, good amenities iron coffee tea machine mini fridge (empty) blowdryer bathrobes and slippers. Hotel has gym (small) one big pool and sauna, good towelservice. Staff is friendly. Only minor point the shower has a really weak shower stream. Bathroom spacious nothing spectacular. Had a birthday,in the family asked if they could arrange something, they suggested a card or cake, it were 4 macrons 4 strawberries but they made an effort I guess. Did not have breakfast at this hotel.
