Hotel Duus

We arrived very early (10 am) after walking from the airport on the pedestrian path/cycle way (this takes 50 mins) and asked if we could leave our cases. We were allowed an early check in for no charge. The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

Room clean. Area seemed safe. Staff friendly and helpful.

All flights are cancelled to Iceland. Through no fault of mine I am not at this motel. I expect my money to be credited. It's your fault that I cannot be there.

This is a stopover hotel with good customer service and a basic level of comfort. It is around the level of a Travelodge or Premier Inn though clearly more expensive than that. It saves an expensive journey to the city centre if you have an early or late flight to consider. The room was rather stark and had a tiny sink beside the bed and a cubicle shower. Beds had plastic undersheets and there were no blackout blinds. Staff very helpful and shuttle to the airport was convenient. Basic pre-prepared breakfast provided.

Love Hotel Duus! This time I even got an upgrade. Clean, good beds, lovely to have the restaurant nexr door and kind staff.

Great service and they made arrangements for late arrival even though the front desk was closed.

Loved this place

This hotel sits right on the edge of a marina and has an awesome view of the ocean! It's also within a short walk of the Giantess cave and several small tourist shops nearby. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and is able to answer abby questions you may have about the surroundings. I loved having a restaurant on site as it made dinner super convenient! Their breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of breads, cheese, meats, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, oatmeal, and waffles. There were several juices and coffee to drink as well. Highly recommend as a quick stopover near the airport 👍👍

Brand new hotel and away from downtown Keflavik. Since I love the restaurant for many years which is in the same building!

Wonderful stay! The employees were so kind and welcoming. They offer free airport service to the airport which is so helpful. The connecting restaurant is delicious and they set up a reservation for us at the front desk. The breakfast is free and is available starting at 4 in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here especially if you are going to the airport.
