Good experience
The hotel is located in a quiet environment. Staff are polite and friendly. The price of the room we rent is the cheapiest one so it is too small in size, I will pay more next time. I found the carpet in our room (507) a little bit dirty because I got sneezing with running nose everytime I stay inside, it's better to remove it If I were the owner. The free breakfast (3 numbers of bread) are in good qulity and taste good. There is a self-service beverage area in the lobby which is very convenience. Self-service coin washing and dryer machine are located at 2/F, you have to purchase the laundry detergent at the front desk before you use it.

Great stay :)
Going to be practical: (i) Metro and JR lines are about 8-10 min away, but the area has a lot of restaurants and combinis. (ii) Even so, everything is easy walk and Tokyo Tower is not far for a walk. A variety tea and amenities available at the entrance. (iii) Staff is nice, can be served in English. (iv) Room is small but it does the job for someone who comes in and out of the hotel for sleep and rest (the rest of the day is spent outside exploring the city :) ).

Basic Hotel for a short stay. Location is convenient enough. Room is sufficient for 2 people. Breakfast is very basic. The drinks machine is kind of meh. TV does not have any feed. Internet is not enough for the residents to all stream on their phones.

We enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, new and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel. A free breakfast of pastries is provided along with drinks. The hotel is within walking distance of Tokyo tower and there are a few subway/train stations within a 10-15 min walk. Loads of convenience stores nearby too.

Liked the rooms, really enjoyed the free breakfast and drink stations. I also found the staff to be polite and helpful. Only slight downside is that the nearest subway station is a little far for walking, especially as I was staying with my elderly mother. It was somewhat inconvenient to have to catch a bus to the nearest subway station. The hotel itself, however, is excellent.

Great stay and location. Convenient walk to the train station and Tokyo tower. Minato city was a great location in general for food, shopping, parks etc. Trains took us to shibuya and Shinjuku and a day trip to Kyoto and back. Very safe area, staff was helpful and spoke good enough English. Simple check in and check out. Breakfast was included but very simple grab and go items in a paper bag waiting for you at the front desk. Soda machine and coffee machine along with water available all day until midnight. Overall would stay again and recommend to anyone wanting places to stay in Tokyo.

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast, featuring fresh breads and unlimited drinks. The quiet, safe location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and ideal for exploring Tokyo. The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the on-site laundry made traveling light a breeze. We can't recommend this place enough. I really miss the green tea they offered, simple as it may seem, I cant find a comparable better tasting green tea than the one I had there. A recommendation, if you want to book a room with more space than the smaller rooms there, do so as early as possible because they sell out quickly. Other travelers and locals that stay at the hotel are friendly and the atmosphere overall is peaceful and relaxing. We hope our future travels lead us back here again. Thanks again to all the staff there for making our trip experience so welcoming.

In the middle of Tokyo with options for transit to all areas of the city. Not too far from any stations. The staff was great and there was a lot of supply for drinks and washroom supplies. It’s in a quiet business area, but close enough to Ginza to walk. Only thing is the room is very small, so it maybe hard to maneuver with lots of luggage. A great option though and would stay again.

A genuinely great hotel, 5-12minute walk to nearby train stations. The facilities where great, including toiletries, stationary, alcoholic vending machine. The place was quiet (surprisingly as it is near a hospital). They would constantly be cleaning and refreshing towels without needing prompted. My only complaint was the check in process took way longer than it needed to. That would be me mostly being overtly sensitive due to horrendous jetlag. Would recommend and stay again.
